Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MEWS BEAUTY, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("roosty," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the roosty app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use roosty.

Who can use roosty

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has given permission for you to use roosty. Parents and guardians are responsible for any household they create and for members they add to it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up, and let us know at hi@getroosty.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Households and invite codes

roosty is built for sharing. Anyone who joins your household with your invite code can see and edit that household's tasks, members, photos, and notes. Only share your invite code with people you trust, and treat anything you add to a shared household as visible to everyone in it.

Acceptable use

When using roosty, please do not:

• Break the law or use roosty to harm, harass, or deceive others
• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Try to access accounts, data, or households that are not yours
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service
• Use roosty to build a competing product or scrape its data

Your content

The tasks, names, photos, and notes you add are yours. You keep ownership of them. You give us permission to store, display, and process that content only as needed to run roosty for you and your household (for example, to sync it between phones). You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to share it.

Our content

The roosty name, logo, design, and software belong to MEWS BEAUTY, LLC. Please do not copy, resell, or reuse them without our written permission.

Service availability and changes

We work hard to keep roosty running smoothly, but we provide it on an "as available" basis. We may add, change, pause, or remove features, and we may update or discontinue the service over time. We will try to give notice of significant changes when we reasonably can.

Disclaimers

roosty is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that roosty will always be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will meet every need. roosty is a tool to help your household stay organized. It is not a substitute for your own judgment about important dates, health, safety, or legal matters.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEWS BEAUTY, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of roosty, including lost data or missed tasks or events. Because roosty is currently offered free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Ending your use

You can stop using roosty and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these Terms or that put the service or other people at risk. See our privacy policy for what happens to your data when an account is deleted.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use roosty after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to roosty will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
